Professionalized Security Officers exercise diverse disciplines in Access Control, Parking and Traffic control, Foot and Mobil Patrol, Executive Protection, Special Cargo Escort, Special Event Officers, Emergency Medical Technicians, Paramedics and a host of other services.
An active management team comprised of Regional Managers. Facility Team Leaders, Site Inspectors and Supervisors and Compliance Managers exercise continuous oversight of the operations and team performance, visiting client representatives, conducting performance evaluations, team support, and ensuring that required modifications and special requests are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
Security Systems and Safety Products Division
Vigilantes Technical Staff provides Sales, Service and Maintenance of Security Systems to include Access Control, Closed Circuit Surveillance, Fire and Intrusion Detection Systems utilizing UL Approved and State of the Art products at preferred client discounts. A 24/7 computerized monitoring station is located at our corporate headquarters Emergency Response Center, offering digital video and alarm signal monitoring services.
Consulting and Special Investigations Division
Vigilantes has an international staff of specialized consultants, former FBI and other law enforcement agents and investigators to provide a full range of support. The division offers technical support in developing Security Procedures and Policies, Emergency and Disaster Recovery Planning. Security and required Awareness Seminars for client employees are conducted as a complement to the development of a facility security program.
